New Job
Well, as many of you may know, I got a job in the NICU at LRH! I am loving this job! I have learned so much and only worked 4 days now! Saturday night I got to feed a baby and bath a baby which was exciting for me! The only part I hate is watching them start IV's on those tiny ones and when I have to prick their heels for an I-stat! Overall though I am excited to go to work everyday! The supervisors and nurses are so good to teach. Of course, I would be the one to ask a thousand questions every shift but they are so good to answer! They always tell me I catch on so fast and I am doing a good job which also makes me feel good when I leave wondering if I can learn everything and am very overwhelmed! I am glad I get to do hands on as well as the clerking part of it! I have also really enjoyed everyone I have worked with so far! They are great teachers and I want to thank them for bearing with me!

Summertime Fun!!
We love summer and great neighbors! Kenna has a friend that lives next door! Her name is Maddy! They love to play and their little personalities are exactly alike! They are both stubborn and like to do things their own way!
Kenna and Maddy were trying to figure out how to fill the bucket up with water! Maddy picked the hose up and tried to spray it into the bucket but ended up spraying Kenna instead so she just took off running!
When we finally turned the sprinkler down a little lower, they would both walk up to it and play in it!
Kenna was trying to stop the water but it was spraying her in the face instead!
Maddy filling up her bucket so she could go water the flowers! Kenna wasn't stayin anywhere near her when she had the hose under her control!
ALL done! They were freezing so we wrapped them up and Dustin thought he would snap some pictures! (I look lovely, I didn't even get ready that day because I worked a grave the night before!) We love living out here in Lewiston and our neighbors are so much fun to have! Maddy is only a month older than Kenna so they like to play all the time!

Catching up in a nutshell! Well this was a cool picture that I took of all the kids at Grandpa Clark's house! I love how the light blurred when the fireworks were going into the air and all the kids are watching!
This is me and Kenna chillin at our ward swim party! The one day it was only 70 degrees had to of course be that day! Poor Kenna's lips turned blue so we left a little early! We just love the ward that we are in and have enjoyed getting to know everyone!
Dustin and Kenna just barely came out of the water slide! I don't think she was ready for the freezing water! She looks a little shocked! Dust wasn't ready for the drop and he dunked her!

Kenna and her daddy waiting for the Lewiston parade to start! Travis didn't want to drive so we got the joy! I would sooner ride than sit in the hot sun and watch!!!!

BIG GIRL BED!!!
We finally decided it was time to bring the bed downstairs! Kenna was so excited she just wanted to jump on it! The only things we need now is a bedskirt, headboard and some accent pillows! Dust doesn't agree on the accent pillows though! He said, "honey, she's two!" Every girl needs a cute bed right? She is growing up way too fast! We love her to pieces and don't know what we'd ever do without her! Happy second birthday tomorrow! We love you!!!

Compelled
So I don't know why but I felt so compelled to share my testimony in Relief Society today but they cut it off before I got the chance to go up there so I thought I would blog it because I didn't know what else to do!
I just want to share the great love and appreciation I have for Priesthood blessings. As many of you may know, we just recently lost a baby and I was so grateful that Dustin was able to give me such a beautiful blessing that brought great comfort to me at the time. It is a tough thing to deal with and just to know that the Lord knew what I was going through and he let Dustin know the things which he wanted me to know in the blessing was so comforting to me and brought a great peace. I love knowing that the Lord is always there and he has always suffered as we have and he gives us these challenges because he knows that we can conquer the problems and hard times and not only grow stronger as a couple but as a family as well. I love this gospel and the knowledge that it brings that we may see our loved ones again. I love the fact in knowing that he has a plan for us and if we live our lives as we should, everything will work out the way it is supposed to and we will always be ok. I just wanted to say these things and I am so happy to be able to have the opportunity to teach this gospel to our children and I know in my heart that it is true. I am grateful for the opportunity the Lord gives us to be able to become mothers. I am so grateful for the repentence process and for how many lives that it helps. I love the Lord and his gospel. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
